The Connect Church is structured to support the values of integrity, accountability, and spiritual authority.

Our church overseers are respected pastors from other churches who love The Connect Church and have relationship with our lead pastor. They provide spiritual covering and oversight for the lead pastor. They may be called upon to help in accountability matters relating to the lead pastor.
